How to operate

1.Firstly pull up the red emergency stop switch,then open the electric door lock to the right,coulombmeter light on,it shows the stacker is in standby mode.
2.Pull the stick and lift fork to lift goods.
3.Push the stick and lift fork to descend goods.
4.When Fall down the goods,it can control the speed according to the thrust of the hand.
5.The Brake on the back wheels is setting up for operation in the process of security,when lifting or descending with fork loading goods,it should be stepped on the brake with feet,In order to avoid the stacker running.
6.When it shows red indicator on the electricity meter,it should make battery charging,Otherwise continue to use,when the electricity meter last two red light flashing,The stacker will be to lift for protection,make the fork can’t lift,then it ensure the over discharge of the battery,To avoid the damage of the accumulator.
7.When charging,it Should press the abrupt stop switch and close the electric door lock,it need Connect the charger plug connected to piling satcker electrical socket on the side of box,And then connected to the charger power,Open the charger on the power switch.
8.After The charger is connected correctly,then the charger is into the charging status.The POWER light turns on the charger panel,it shows that the charger is operating.When CHARGE light turns on,it shows that is charging status.When the battery is fully charged,FULL light turns on,it shows that finish charge.
9.It must filter the hydraulic oil ,And keep there is enough oil in the tank,at the same time,need look the levels of the usage and the cleaning status of the hydraulic oil,to change the hydraulic oil,and the hydraulic oil need meet DIN51524T.2 standard of LHPISOVG46.
10.After finishing the working,need discharge the heavy goods,can’t keep the heavy goods pressed for a long time on the fork
